A fulltime two year paid cadetship with the Kalinda tiaki Foundation, and placement with global industry partner. Aligned to government employment priorities and outcomes.

Step 1: Training and Certification
Cadets induction and industry certification in the first month to prepare for work assignment.
Step 2: Work Experience
Enterprise managed service delivery and ongoing training to gain work experience and industry certification. Mentored by indigenous administrators and engineers.
Step 3: Partner Placement
From six months, participants are placed with a global industry partner organisation.

Our cadetship programme is currently based in Sydney, Australia. As part of the programme, participants had the opportunity to work with NTT to implement a new network at the Victorian Heart Hospital in Melbourne, Australia.
